What do your customers want?
The first step to delivering a great product and service to your customers is to understand what they really want from you
Whatever your product or service is, you have customers who are buying it. But it might surprise you to hear that some of those customers are buying from you because they haven't found a better alternative. You're not solving their problem entirely but they either can't be bothered looking elsewhere or they don't even realise they're missing out... until a better option comes their way.
It costs much more to find new customers than it does to keep the ones you have. So, how do you keep them? Well, the first step is to listen to them and make sure you are doing all you can to keep them happy and satisfied. This toolkit will give you the tools to start listening.
What does this toolkit contain?
- Nine easily digestible video tutorials walking you through the key concepts and how to put them into practice.
- The Assumptions Tool: How to figure out your audience’s big picture problem so you can focus all your energy on it, by creating your own Care Factor Scale.
- The Feedback Collector Tool: How to collect everyday customer feedback and then turn negatives into positives.
- The ebook "What do your customers want? How to stop doubting and start marketing with confidence."
The Strategy Canvas Toolkits
The Strategy Canvas is a simple formula to creating a marketing strategy with confidence, containing eight core ingredients.
For each "ingredient" we'll be producing a range of Toolkits that cover the three phases of strategy building: Exploration, Foundation, and Future Proofing.
This toolkit, "What do your customers want?" tackles the first and pivotal segment of the Strategy Canvas, your Audience.
Your Instructor
Amy has created marketing strategies for a myriad of businesses, big and small, products and services, in a variety of different industries in the UK, Europe and Australia. She's also seen many businesses operating without a plan and the results that come with it: staff time and efforts wasted on conflicting activities, and confused customers who either put up with the status quo, or more often, leave.
Having worked both on client side and now agency side, Amy has developed The Strategy Canvas from years of hands-on experience. The Canvas simplifies the marketing planning process and delivers a single vision for any team to implement with confidence.
